The sales consultant will provide our clients with an efficient and friendly service that meets their requirements. The goal is to enhance satisfaction and acquire an expanding and dedicated clientele.

 

Your role;

  • Identify guest’s reservation needs via phone, email or online and suggest appropriate services and packages.
  • Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Process payments : Issue vouchers, credit or prepayment and ensure that payments are received timely
  • Provide good customer service to all clients.
  • Able to provide alternatives and suggestions and upselling services/packages to clients.
  • Keep track of client’s preferences for our CRM and be able to sell services to them.
  • Research products and services, and compile the data to promote with our clients.
  • Ensure data entry of all bookings, services, payments and product info on the system.
  • To provide regular reports on sales, issues, products and services.

 

Your Profile

Work Experience;

  • Sales Consultant mostly in tourism sector

Education;

  • Degree in Hospitality , Travel ,Tourism, Business or relevant field
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Fluent in English and French; any additional language is an advantage.

 

Personality;

  • Positive
  • Charming
  • Analytically capable

Skills;

  • Demonstrate ability to handle crisis
  • Proactive and good decision making skills
  • Exemplary sales skills and customer oriented approach
  • Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively and ability to suggestively upsell.
  • Able to work on shift system.
