Service Supervisor

The Service Supervisor has to ensure the safety of the people and the property. The service supervisor is responsible to oversee and train the service staffs and also perform administrative duties.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Protect company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment.
  • Greet guests and visitors to ascertain their business in the resort or any section of the resort.
  • Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter.
  •  Report in details any suspicious incidents.
  • Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property.
  • Apprehend criminals and evict violators.
  • Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances.
  • Take accurate notes or unusual occurrences.
  • Watch alarm systems or video cameras and operate detecting/ emergency equipment.
  • Perform first aid or CPR.
  • Knowledge in Fire Life Safety will be an advantage.

 

Requirements:

  • Previous work experience as security guard at supervisory level.
  • Minimum Higher school certificate (HSC).
  • Ability to supervise a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols.
  • Surveillance skills and ability to conduct investigations.
  • Familiarity with report writing.
  • Trained in First Aid.
  • Good communications skills.
  • Physically fit.
  • Flexible to work odd hours.
