EXPERIENCE
School Certificate
NTC 2 from the Hotel School of Mauritius or Equivalent.
One year experience in similar position will be an advantage.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Should have a good knowledge of Food Production
Should have excellent team spirit
Should be able to work in cooperation with the Food & Beverage team
