Responsible for the smooth running of shops in Grand-Bay/Cascavelle/Port-Louis/Phoenix/ Trianon
- Plan staff working schedules as well as ensuring store is well equipped with the required personnel for the smooth running of each shift
- Ensure shop operational procedures are well understood and adhered to by all the employees
- Follows all cash management, banking and cash register policies and ensure proper cash handling and management practices are followed by team
- Anticipates customer and store needs by analytical observation of the environment and customer
- Constantly analyse stock and sales turnover
