To liaise with the Central Reservation Office to ensure that guest arrival and room allocation at the hotel is accurately and professionally carried out.
Coordinates with all departments of the Hotel, so as to insert the likes and dislikes of guests in the guests history files and ensures that all guest information is clearly despatched to the relevant departments.
• Liaises with the CRO for any reservation request and ensures that the daily movement is sent to the CRO everyday.
• Double checks all reservation files and pre-allocates rooms 3 days prior to the arrival of guests.
• Allocates rooms in accordance with guest requirements and reservation.
• Assists the Front Office Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager and Supervisors in implementing all SOP(s) and monitoring their professional execution.
• Provides effective assistance to guests during check-in and check-out.
• Offers secretarial support to the Front Office Managers, Assistant Front Office Manager and Supervisors.
