The client is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Reply to sales queries to customers or other Teams
- Query regarding posting of transactions/ status of requests (Phone & letters)
- Other queries & requests, e.g. Relationship of accounts, Trade finance facilities
- Provide statements and advice requests
- Attend to any other customer requests made by RM
- Opening of accounts
- Closing of accounts
- Signatories & signature maintenance
- Standing instructions
- Direct Debit
- Sweep facilities
- Hold orders
- Cheque Book Request
- Stop Payment
- Send for amendment to deposit details (interest disposition/ early redemption etc)
- Send for amendment to loan details (clear arrears/settlement account etc)
- Assist Credit Services in monitoring of flaws
- Timely monitoring of past dues
- Assist RMs in restructuring/ settlement recommendation to Underwriting Team
- Share background information with Monitoring Team for facilitating collection/ recovery where accounts go to Monitoring Team or recovery and Work Out
- Good communication skills, fluent in English and French Customer Oriented Sound bank product knowledge
Profile:
- 2 years experience in financial sector
- HSC or equivalent
