Main Duties:
- Assist in the selling and renting of properties & ensure that sales targets are achieved
- Analyse clients’ needs and match with properties offered by the Company
- Arrange & conduct site visits
- Negotiate and finalise terms of agreements
- Develop a networking of prospective clients & seek new sales opportunities
- Provide on-going feedback on sales & market insights to management
- Assist in the development of marketing actions, e.g. advertising, brochures, road shows, etc.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Minimum HSC / BAC
- Diploma / Degree in Sales and/or Marketing or BTS Action Commerciale
- Minimum of 2 years’ of sales experience; knowledge of the real estate is desirable but not essential
Ideal Profile:
- Demonstrable sales track record
- Natural relationship builder; networking skills
- Ambitious, energetic & well-presented
- Confident with a high level of personal resilience & grit
- Results focused
- Possess a clean driving license and preferably have use of a car
