We are looking for Maintenance Officers to complete all installation, repair and upkeep operations of the company’s facilities. The goal is to ensure the company facilities are well-cared for and adequate to support the company’s business operations.

Key responsibilities

1)    Assemble, install, test, repair or replace and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.

2)    Perform physically demanding tasks, such as digging trenches to lay conduit and moving and lifting heavy objects.

3)    Cutting, assembling and installing pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g. electrical wiring)

4)    Lay out floorings, roofing or drywalls ensuring they are leveled and compatible

5)    Carve and assemble furniture, cabinets, shelves and other items and install them where designated

6)    Inspect places and conduct repairs or maintenance

7)    Execute plans of electrical wiring for well-functioning lighting, intercom and other electrical systems

8)    Install electrical apparatus, fixtures and equipment for alarm and other systems

9)    Install safety and distribution components (e.g. switches, resistors, circuit-breaker panels etc.)

Requirements

a)     A valid driving license for motorcycle and owning own bike

b)     Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times

c)    Sound knowledge on electrical repairs and plumbing jobs

d)     Minor carpentry and painting job knowledge required

e)    Good knowledge of English

f)     Experience of at least 2 years in same field required

g)     Ability to treat emergencies

h)     To follow any other related duties from seniors

i)     A valid driving license for motorcycle and owning own bike
