Full accounting function and procurement administration Processing of orders and liaising with distributors and suppliers internationally and ensuring correct prices are quoted.. Effectively communicate with distributors and suppliers for all procurement and accounts enquiries.

 

Reconciling cash book, prepare management accounts/ reports for monthly/ quarterly management meetings.
Managing debtors, preparation of payments.
Reconciliation of bank accounts.

•           Personality: Eye to detail, extremely structured and organised, analytical nature, able to work on their own, dynamic and trustworthy person.

•            Soft Sills: Multi- task, good voice over the phone, effective interpersonal relationship skills.
•            Work experience: Experience in procurement and accounting, 3 to 5 years post graduate experience.Experience in international trading will be an advantage.
•            Qualifications:Minimum ACCA level 3 in Financial and Management, Minimum of a diploma in  Accounting, an undergraduate degree in Accounting is an advantage. Knowledge of Quickbooks Accounting System and knowledge of local tax and accounting conventions will be an advantage.
