• HSC level or equivalent and experience in related field • Certificate in Food Hygiene
Ensure respective TMs are operating as per Quality Management System
Ensure respective TMs are operating as per S&H regulations and policies
Conduct daily stewarding meetings and attends daily kitchen briefing in the absence of Superior
Ensure that the dishwashing and pot washing areas are effectively manned for the good and smooth running of operations
Ensure that the plates and platters are wiped out before being put into the dishwasher
Ensure that kitchens and any other designated areas are cleaned
Ensure that kitchen and FNB materials are cleaned
Ensure that sufficient cleaning materials are available at all times
Ensure that all chemical, kitchen and FNB materials, decoration and accessories are properly and safely stored
