Candidate's profile:
• Professional training from Hotel School will be a plus
• At least 2 years working experience
• Fluent in French and English,e
• Fully computer literate
• Experience in customer relations with exceptional telephone skills
Main Duties:-
Uses proper procedures to change or cancel reservations.
Input and process reservation correctly on WINHMS system.
Cooperate with the group of sales managers
Ensures that all paperwork; e-mailing and faxing are completed in a timely fashion
Is responsible for processing room reservation by fax, phone and email
Liaising closely with internal departments on reservation requirements
Perform any cognate duties as may be assigned by Reservation Manager
Check on a daily basis the arrivals and correspondences
Take bookings/reservations in a timely and efficient manner from TO/clients, and manage them on WINHMS System
