Our client, an international financial services provider, is looking for a Project Manager.

Reporting to the Management, the successful candidate will develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

Main responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/suppliers for the flawless execution of projects;
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;
• Ensure resource availability and allocation;
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress;
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs;
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques;
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders;
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/suppliers;
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
• Ensure timely reporting to hierarchy and provide recommendations.

Qualification:

• Experience of a minimum of 3-5 years in project management.
• Minimum of a degree in business or project management.

Candidate profile:

• Excellent Excel skills for analysis / reporting and others.
• Excellent English and French both written and verbal.
• Independent, proactive and adaptability.
• Ability to generate ideas.
• Multi-task, flexible & dynamic.
