Our client, in the leisure and hospitality sector, is looking for a Quality Coordinator.

The successful candidate will assist the Manager-Quality in the setting up and maintenance of a quality/sustainable development culture in the group and coordinate the quality functions in several hotels simultaneously.

Main responsibilities:

• To implement the Resorts standards and ensure adherence to these standards at all times.
• To conduct internal quality audits.
• To maintain and update the processes and the SOPs in hotels.
• To compile monthly guest satisfaction questionnaire (GSQ) and do regular follow up on comments and results of the findings of GSQ analysis.
• To coordinate and maintain the Environment Management System of the Resort.
• To produce periodical reports as per request from the Manager- Quality.
• Under the guidance of the Manager-Quality, to develop training modules and deliver training to team members.
• To work closely with the Quality/Environmental Champion of each hotel on various projects.

Qualification:

• Holder of a Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management and/or Quality Management.
• Working experience in a hotel environment would be an advantage.

• Familiar with Environmental Management System and Sustainable Development
• Possesses a good communication skills
• Shows leadership skills
• Is dynamic and flexible
• Has an eye for details
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work and master quality concepts (e.g. Procedures, Standards, Guest feedbacks, etc…)
