Diploma in Hospitality Management / Diploma in Business Administration At least 5 years work related experience Computer literate including hotel management system Fluent in English and French both written and spoken, a third language would be an advantage
- Assist in conducting selection, recruitment and promotion of team members
- Conduct, develop and implement fromal training plans for the Department
- Act as a coach
- Coordinate and supervise activities in his/her department
- Ensure guests satisfaction at all times and be totally aware of their preferences
- Ensuret that respective team projects a warm and professional image
- Handle and monitor guest complaints
- Interact with guest and to abtain feedback for improvement
- Manage his/her department as independent profit centre
- Ensure team members are operating as per established procedures
