Under the general guidance of the Security Manager, and within the limits of IHG policies, is responsible for managing the hotel’s communication and coordination.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome and greet guests upon arrival and departure regarding guest, staff and outsiders.
  • Ensure effective communication between main gate and lobby, including but not limited to Events.
  • Ensure a better coordination of control access to lobby parking.
    • Will coordinate with Hotel security about all aspects regarding staff and guest movements.
    • Ensure on a daily basis during events a better communication between main gate and entrance to hotel premises.
    • Coordinating from Main Gate to staff and Management with regards to visitors, suppliers and Human Resources access.
    • Ensure effective coordination with security upon staff arrival and departure.
    • Perform any duties and tasks entrusted to you by InterContinental Mauritius within the framework of your band category, according to your skills and competencies.
