JOB PURPOSE The job incumbent will have to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in partnership with our service technicians in the delivery of a premium after sales service to our customers.
Main Responsibilities
• To coordinate the repairs or exchange of equipment with technicians
• To communicate and effectively assist customers with enquiries on the phone and update them on the progress of their repairs
• To provide price quotations and secure approval for repairs
• To handle outdoor customer requests and schedule intervention for our technicians
• To ensure that technicians receive all necessary information and documentation to carry out their interventions
• To check all warranty documents
• To ensure proper filing and prompt availability of information
Profile
• Passionate about delivering top class customer service
• HSC
• Practical experience in a front line customer service role
• Should possess strong communication and problem solving skills
• Should be capable of working in stressful situations and in a team to ensure that work is completed efficiently
• IT literate and proficient with MS Office applications
