Support new process transition
Conduct Process Audit to ensure processes are compliant with ISO requirements.
Maintain the Quality Management System
Update Weekly & Monthly KPI Data
Support Operations team to drive KPIs/SLAs and other parameters as per business requirements
Track and generate periodic reports on performance standards, analyze error/escalation patterns, performance trends to identify and assess areas of opportunities
Analyze, review, forecast, and trend complex operational data and present analysis and interpretation to help Process Managers/Leads to take decisions
Work closely with operation teams to obtain input of diverse views, facilitate generation of ideas, analyze operational risks, extend support in managing stakeholders/client escalations (RCA/CAPA)
Guide operations to conduct process capability study, prepare contingency plan for all levels and develop FSS to staff for holidays/Shrinkage based on volume and process capability study
Support Six Sigma, 5S and other Improvement projects
Identify and Implement Process Improvements
