1. Answer phone calls, take messages and/or forward calls;
2. Greet and welcome customers, clients, and other visitors;
3. Handle incoming and outgoing mails;
4. Maintain visitor’s log; and
5. Any other related duties.

1. HSC holder;
2. Professional appearance and attitude;
3. Outgoing and pleasant personality;
4. Trustworthy;
5. Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English & French; and
6. Knowledge of MS Office.
