The candidate will be responsible for data pack preparation for due diligence projects, analysis of accounting and management reports of target companies. He/She will work closely with foreign Corporate Finance teams to provide continuous data compilation support during the due diligence process

Responsibilities
1.	Support foreign Corporate Finance teams in converting raw financial data to structured data packs in a uniform format on a timely basis for due diligence engagements

2.	Utilise Microsoft Excel functions to turnaround data
processing requests

3.	Analyze accounting and management reports of target companies for historical and projected periods

4.	Ensure quality of the data packs is maintained by performing quality reviews on accuracy of casting and cross-referencing in data packs

5.	Work closely with foreign teams to provide continuous data compilation support during the due diligence process

6.	Assist in providing other value-added support to the Corporate Finance team

7.	May also be required to prepare accounts in IFRS / UK GAAP / US GAAP

Experience
•	 Minimum 3 years of experience in Audit/Accounting/Corporate Finance

Qualifications
•	Degree in Accounting/Finance or ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified

Skills
•	Detail oriented and sensitive to numbers
•	Highly proficient in using Microsoft Excel 
•	Willingness to travel abroad and work odd hours when required
•	Fluent in English
•	Good supervisory skills
