 To assist patients / visitors seeking help with complaint resolution, understanding and exercising their rights as a patient and to maintain record of feedback.  To solve Patients issues by coordinating with all departments concerned (Invoicing/Nursing/Paramedics etc)

 

	To assist patients / visitors seeking help with complaint resolution, understanding and exercising their rights as a patient and to maintain record of feedback.
 To solve Patients issues by coordinating with all departments concerned (Invoicing/Nursing/Paramedics etc)
 To ensure the smooth functioning of the department.

 Meet with admitted Patients regularly (daily), enquire about their problems / complaints and ensure they are cared for.
 Collect feedback in prescribed feedback forms from all patients and collate the feedback to be able to analyse the data for continuous improvement.
 Oversee the redressal of grievances/complaints received from the patients in a timely and satisfactory manner.
 Enhance the value of services being provided by making the patient and the attendant comfortable and familiar with the hospital.
 Liaise with respective HODs upon receiving a complaint, and update the tracker.
 Prepare, update and circulate list of VIP patients regularly to top management.
 Meet with patients who are scheduled for discharge and record their feedback in the Patient Feedback Form
 Developing patient relation and focus more on customer satisfaction and help towards future patient stay.
 Reporting feedback and processing it so as to further improve our system towards more patient centric approach.
 To maintain follow up of the highlighted cases (feed back) so as to know the current status and any new process/policies being formed for future.
 To perform any other cognate duties and tasks as requested by the Head of Dept.
