DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Le Preskil Beach Resort is actually recruiting waiters to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Perform mise en place by replacing soiled linen, arranging tables and chairs, cleaning and setting cutleries, glasses and plates
Place condiment holders, bread, butter, cutleries, napkins on console for use when required
Receive Micros bons de commande from Head Waiter with instructions on service
Occasionally take orders and operate Infogenesis
Take delivery of dishes from kitchen and beverages from bar or dispense bar
Serve food, wine and other beverages according to style of service
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 1-2 years experience in the hotel industry will be an advantage
At least NC3 from a recognised institution relevant to the position will be a plus
Outgoing and dynamic personality with ability to work flexible hours
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in both English and French
Preference for candidates living in the Southern region
