We are looking for a dynamic person to join our team as Procurement and Logistics Officer.
Main duties and job Description
Prepare purchase orders
Match purchase orders with suppliers invoices
Follow up payments made to suppliers
Follow up open purchase orders
Coordinate and track shipments
Prepare periodic reports to management
Maintain suppliers and inventory database
Reconciliation of suppliers statement of account with books and records
Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
Proven 3 years working experience in the purchasing field
Thorough knowledge of purchasing principles and procedures
Strong attention to details and confidentiality
Computer literate and knowledge of PASTEL will be an advantage
HSC with proven experience in the purchasing field or
Bachelor Degree, ACCA partly qualified or relevant qualifications.
