Create ,manage and maintain the HR information system - job descriptions and HR inventories.
Assist in the close follow up of G1 & G3 procedures
Ensure the follow-up of leaves
Ensure prompt and proper filling of HR files
Assist in the execution of the HR projects and events
Compiles and prepares data for the performance evaluation exercise.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Diploma in Management/HR or equivalent
Reliable & dynamic with a positive attitude
Self driven ,meticulous and well organised
Ability to work in team
Well versed in MS Office
