The job role of an Account Executive is to be responsible of looking at the company's client as well as keeping the company's-client relationships at a high standard.

 

We are looking for a competent Account Executive to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. 
You will be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base.
The ideal candidate will have talent in sales and experience in customer service. 
We expect you to be a reliable professional able to achieve balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach.
The goal is to find opportunities and turn them in long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for building and maintaining a portfolio of clients while pro-actively selling and maintaining regular communication with prospects and clients
  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to have a follow up with the clients
  • You should contribute to an increase in sales and maintain our company-client relationships at a high standard.
  • As an Account Executive, you should showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • You should also act proactively to address clients’ needs and facilitate the sale process from beginning to the end.

Requirements:

  • Customer Oriented skills
  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • An ability to gasp clients’ needs and to increase customer engagement
  • Very fluent in English
