A Site Manager who will be responsible to manage the project team and monitor contractors, ensuring quality control, health and safety throughout the projects life cycles.
Main Responsibilities:
• Prepare agendas, develop and maintain project budgets and timelines as required for each project and project phase
• Participate in building evaluations (due diligence reviews) and assist with preparation of physical audit reports
• Organise and manage regular meetings, keep meeting minutes, action items and client requirements up to date
• Organise the planning of the various people/contractors working on project tasks
• Resolve any issues throughout the project life cycle
• Issue regular status reports to Project Manager and client regarding work in progress
• Monitor contractors for Health & Safety measures
• Manage construction equipment
• Performs Risk Assessment
• Ensure thorough and timely project updates using project management software
• Review workers performance and identify training needs
