To act as support and provide required assistance to customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide expert level support to customers on a wide range of operating systems
Troubleshoot and Diagnose problems on existing operating systems
Perform Pro-active service maintenance on servers and operating systems
Apply changes to servers and equipment related
Coordinate and perform migrations , upgrades and updates
To follow up on requests till either incident resolution
Note:
This post is on a 24/7 shift system
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent communication skills in French – written and spoken
IT Proficient
Excellent Customer relationship management skills
Experience in Linux/ VMware preferred
Higher School Certificate, A-level and Diploma in IT/ Telecommunications with experience in Linux
Or
BSC/ Beng Telecommunications/Computer science/Networking
CCNA (Desirable)
Knowledge in Linux/ VMware preferred
