JOB SUMMARY:
To plan, organise, and conduct research used to update customer and prospect data.
To analyse and provide recommendations, reports and dashboards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducts independent market research, utilising an existing pre-populated database, as well as other resources such as research files, Internet, & archives.
- Creates, maintains and updates database with accurate information.
- Develops and maintains a strong professional relationship with the various stakeholders.
- Meets deadlines and prioritise daily tasks to ensure that all work is completed on time.
- Solves practical problems and interprets a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Support Management with up-to-date reports and dashboards.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of action plans.
- Create surveys and report on findings with visual aids.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Advanced Certificate / Diploma Holder or higher in any Management or Analytical field
- Computer literate (Word, Excel at intermediate level at least, Outlook, Internet Explore, PowerPoint presentation).
- Good Analytical skills.
- Very good command of oral and written English.
- Very good telephone manner.
- Ability to work flexible hours
At least 2 years of experience in a customer facing environment would be an advantage.
