A subsidiary of Leal Group is actually looking for a Sales Assistant.
MAIN FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible to assist sales team in the promotion of products, advise customers, and answer any queries they may have
- Responsible to provide after sales support to clients
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To answer customers’ queries by phone, e-mail or walk in
- To prepare photovoltaic PV installation agreements
- To prepare maintenance contracts
- To liaise with CEB with regard to SSDG applications, follow-up of contracts and down-payments, permits, customer queries, installations, follow-up of meter change, testing and commissioning
- To plan maintenance for clients having a maintenance contract
EXPERIENCE:
- At least HSC
- Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration/ Sales and Marketing or any other relevant qualification
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position
- An experience with CEB SSDG Grid code would constitute an advantage
