-BSC in Human Resources / B.com Management and Human Resources or equivalent
-2 years to 5 years’ experience in Human Resources and administration
Knowledge/Skills Requirements:
-Understanding of the company's business objectives and organizational structure.
-Understanding of recruiting/sourcing processes and organization, systems and tools
-Basic understanding of requested Recruiting profiles.
-Work collaboratively with other members of the Recruitment Team and across the Recruiting, Sourcing and Human Resources.
