Leal & Co Ltd is actually searching for a Parts Analyst for its Spare Parts Department.

OVERALL PURPOSE:            

• To plan and organize the ordering of parts in order to achieve optimum stock levels
• To satisfy customers’ needs and expectations and maximise company profitability
• To control all aspects of parts supply and ensure that the process of ordering the correct parts is smooth and effective
• To maintain a close control on the accuracy of parts’ references to be ordered
• To maintain a timely follow up and keep close control on order progression and clearing
• To liaise with different stakeholders in regard to the status of orders
• To provide support to the Parts Manager and the Parts Advisors in order to meet workshop and customer service expectation
• To keep a constant control on stock ageing and liaise with the Parts Manager for appropriate action

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:                                                

• At least HSC
• Technical and mechanical related qualifications will constitute a definitive advantage
• An experience of at least 2 years in a similar position
• Relevant experience within the automobile industry is essential
