We are looking for a Digital Sales & Marketing Manager to be part of a top-notch team, selling multiple products to new and existing accounts and their advertising agencies. The Digital S & M Manager will pursue sales opportunities, create powerful sales stories and presentations.
Candidate should have experience selling digital media solutions to agencies and clients. The ideal person should have proven success exceeding revenue goals and have deep relationships with clients. Our ideal team member focuses on relationship building, consultative selling and ultimately closing creative, collaborative deals. Candidate will report to the Digital Director.
Duties:
Develop & maintain strong product knowledge of Digital products
Develop portfolio by bringing new customers
Continually and actively search for new opportunities to grow the channel
Make ongoing prospective clients’ visits to understand advertising needs of individual customers and propose advertising solutions accordingly
Follow-up with team members to maintain the portfolio of existing and new customers
Follow-up of orders and liaise with digital team until customers’ requests are met
Assist account executives with digital sales and presentations, as needed
Managing all aspects of the sales communication and negotiation process
Actively participate in the formulation and implementation of sales and marketing strategies for the department
Liaise and network with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations with a view to understand the advertising, media and digital industry
Responsible for communicating results or problems to management
Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement new ideas and campaigns
Maintain and update customer database for future prospects
Attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions and secure sponsorship
Conduct market research and coordinate heavily with reservation, analytics & accounts to further digital revenue
Strategise the development of a cross company agency able to address all La Sentinelle advertising platforms (one stop shop).
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in similar role and in B2B digital marketing and advertising
Self-starting, collaborative, good-natured, hard-working hands-on marketing professional with marketing sales and management experience
Strong time management and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience working with marketing automation platforms
Deep understanding of the digital landscape, effective sales skills, ability to multi-task, and effective negotiation skills
Sense of autonomy is definitely a plus
