To conduct daily administration of Executive Chef and kitchen department in an efficient and timely manner

 

General Duties

  • Compile daily reports
  • Stationary requisitions
  • Daily store requisitions
  • Follow up invoice queries
  • Maintain employee database and personal files
  • Maintain training records
  • Maintain course attendance, vacation planner, vacation forms
  • Collect and submit internal and external communications
  • Attend meetings, prepare agenda’s, take minutes
  • Handles telephone enquiries for the Executive Chef
  • Organizes Chef office filing, typing, faxes, e-mails, scanning etc.
  • Handles and organizes office notice board
  • Carry out any administrative duties as required by the Chef
