The Job incumbent will be responsible for
- Diagnostic and repair of customer's equipment and perform tasks to ensure that equipment operate as per established standards and customer requirements.
- Ensure with overall technical team for constant system status update, necessary technical remarks.
- Liaise with customer services department on technical matters for prompt feedback to customers.
