Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, in the finance sector is looking for a Portfolio Manager.

Reporting to the Head of Strategy and Financial Services, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

Key responsibilities:

Advisory

• Implement proper investment strategies in line with clients' risk-return profile.
• Advise clients on specific investments which suit their risk-return profile.
• Ensure compliance with rules, regulations and investment guidelines at all times

Monitoring and communication

• Monitor and explain portfolio performance versus benchmarks/peers.
• Communicate effectively with clients by making quality presentations.
• Ensure timely reporting and implementation of client decisions.
• Maintain a good and professional relationship with all internal and external stakeholders

Research

• Formulate capital market expectations through on-going economic and market analysis.
• Update and maintain strong knowledge of key portfolio holdings.
• Assist investment analysts in performing in-depth research

Qualifications:

• HSC or an equivalent qualification.
• A strong Bachelor Degree, preferably MSC in Finance and/or any relevant qualifications.
• CFA certified.

Candidate profile’s:

• At least 4 years relevant working experience in a similar position.
• Excellent organisational and technical skills.
• Outgoing Personality and excellent communication skills (both verbal and written English and French).
• Result Oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Positive attitude.
• Fully conversant with MS Office Tools.
