Manage the daily operation of beach area giving priorities for customer service
Responsibilities:
• Primary focus on customer needs;
• Handle costumer complaints and satisfaction;
• Team member training of daily task and customer service;
• Process reservations;
• Handle event setups on the beach;
• Update team members of hotel's operations of each day;
• Repair equipment;
• Lead team members toward personal and company goals;
• Take care of guest need regarding the recreation facilities;
• In charge of setting up beach chairs for guest, outdoor facility cleanliness, and repair of any broken equipment;
• Enforce all beach rules and regulations.
Experience required:
• 2-3 years in a similar position;
• Previous experience in hospitality industry.
Other skills:
• High levels of integrity;
• Great customers service skills;
• Strong communication skills;
• Valid food handler’s certificate;
• Willingness to work during odd hours, weekends as well as public holidays;
• A clean certificate of character is a must.
