Ensure Excellency in service delivered to all our customers by means of efficient communication and administrative tasks.

Keep good track of customer records through frequent update of account information.

Deal with routine correspondence

Preparation of reports regarding products and services.

Proper documentation of call conversation in customers file.

Ensure good customer approach while on call in order to understand customer's concern

• Good Analytical skills.
