The job incumbent shall be responsible for advising and assisting management in the preparation and the implementation of the company’s HR policies.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist HR Manager in all HR related matters
Ensure HRIS is updated
Organize, plan and participate in recruitment of personnel
Prepare monthly reports
Ensure the enforcement of disciplines among employees at work
Coordinate training for all personnel
Prepare communication related to HR matters
Ensure proper filing as per standard

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Degree Holder in Human Resources
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR-related field
