To provide quality administrative support in the implementation of plans and projects with focus on projects scheduled and budgeted while helping out with intervention team when required.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven working experience as site supervisor
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Necessary technical qualifications
  • Understanding facilities management and its financial aspects
  • In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding occupational health and safety
  • Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
  • Management/leadership skills
  • Customer focus and bottom line orientation
  • Well organised with excellent time management skills
  • Driving License

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • HSC or BAC 
  • Diploma in building maintenance/electric/plumbing would be an advantage
