This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain real exposure across multiple business areas while working closely with experienced analysts and technology teams.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with business teams (stores, warehouse, finance, and operations) to understand how processes work
• Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements for IT teams
• Assist in documenting processes and maintaining project documentation
• Support testing of new system features, including writing and executing test cases
• Track issues, updates, and progress throughout project lifecycles
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French
• Good working knowledge of Excel (filtering, basic formulas and organising data, )
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Willingness to work both in-office and on-site with operational teams

Work experience

• Internship or initial experience in business, operations, or IT (part time or full time)
• Exposure to tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, or similar project tracking tool
• Basic understanding of ERP systems or process mapping
