An Administrative and Marketing Officer supports daily office operations while assisting with marketing tasks and communications. They help coordinate schedules, documents, and stakeholder interactions. Overall, they ensure smooth administration and enhance the organisation’s marketing presence.
Main Duties
- Verify and maintain proper control over the product return process.
- Perform daily credit note–related tasks.
- Maintain databases, records, and files as required.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve issues when necessary.
- Provide general administrative and sales‑related support.
- Act as backup support for product pricing and promotional activities.
- Assist the Marketing Team in planning and executing marketing events and activities when required.
Profile
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities (English & French).
- Proactive, reliable, and able to multitask.
- Customer‑service oriented with good problem‑solving skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing activities and willingness to assist.
- Able to work well both independently and within a team.
Qualifications
- Holder of a Higher School Certificate or alternative equivalent qualifications.
- Certificate or Diploma in Administration, Marketing, Business Management or related field would be an advantage.
- 1-3 years experience in a similar position.
