The role of the Front Office Assistant is responsible for greeting visitors, managing multi-line phone systems, and handling front-desk administration.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers and staffs to ensure that all calls are transferred to their respective destination
- Ensure point of contact for queries, requests and complaints related to Facilities/ Admin department
- Follow up and close on complaints
- Greet all visitors and ensure that all visitors gaining access to the office are well logged
- Ensure that all dispatches are properly logged in the respective log book (Internal and External)
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum HSC Holder or equivalent
- At least six (6) months of experience in back office
Required Skills and Aptitudes:
- Team player and excellent interpersonal skills
- Good oral and written English and French
- Positive attitude and open for learning
- Good time management and organizing skills
