Trainee Educator

A Trainee Educator at JA (JAM) is responsible for supporting the implementation of Junior Achievement programs across primary, secondary, and tertiary institutions, as well as NGOs. The role involves facilitating learning sessions, coordinating with teachers and partners, and ensuring that program content is delivered effectively and adapted to different age groups. The trainee educator also assists in organizing activities, tracking student engagement, and promoting entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and work readiness skills among participants, while maintaining strong relationships with schools and community stakeholders.
