Draughtsman

We are looking for a talented Draughtsman to play a key role in producing high-quality technical drawings for MEP systems, with a strong focus on HVAC.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop detailed technical drawings, layouts and schematics for HVAC and MEP systems.
• Work closely with engineers, project managers, architects, interior designers and site teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback, design changes, or site conditions.
• Maintain drawing standards and ensure documentation is organized and up to date.
• Ensure all work complies with company standards and relevant building codes.
• Support project delivery by providing clear, accurate, and timely drawings.
• Assist in the preparation of Bills of Materials (BOM) and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals when required.

 Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience as a Draughtsman, preferably in HVAC or MEP systems.
• Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD (2D and 3D).
• Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP (BIM360) will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and MEP building services design.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
