Exotic Group is looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Clerk to support in daily administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input Data/ information provided by Supervisor and Head of Department.
- Maintain and organize filing systems.
- Follow up on administrative and other assigned tasks by Supervisor and Head of Department.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth departmental operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- SC or HSC or
- Previous experience in administrative or clerical work will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS tools will be advantageous.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills.
- Team player.
- Confidential and discreet in handling information.
- Driving license would be advantageous.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday from 7:30 am till 5:15 pm
Priority will be given to candidates residing in the surrounding areas of Rose-Hill, Ebene, Quatre Bornes, and Beau Bassin.
