A Junior Administrator provides day-to-day administrative support by handling basic office tasks, maintaining records, and assisting teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
The main duties & responsibilities for the position:
- General administrative tasks, i.e. create & maintain client files.
- Preparation of applications for company incorporations, opening of bank accounts & other associated administrative tasks.
- Client communication, communication with MRA, Banks & other institutions.
- Liaising with suppliers & manufacturers of goods, sourcing products, pricing & preparation of client quotations.
- To assist the Chief Executive Officer of the Group in the execution of his/her duties.
- To assist the Company Accountant in the execution of his/her duties.
- Any other tasks normally related to the position of Junior Administrator
Knowledge & experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing administrative support to professional services company.
- Good communication skills, written & verbal in English & French.
- Demonstrates discretion with the ability to manage & maintain sensitive & confidential information, ensuring it is handled securely & in compliance with the companies policies & procedures.
- Interest in and good understanding of corporate governance principles is desirable.
- Proficient on Microsoft Office suite, Teams & SharePoint.
