IT Trainee

We are looking for a motivated IT Trainee who is interested in gaining practical experience within our IT department by assisting the team in their daily tasks.

Responsibilities

Basic Hardware Checks
Assist in inspecting, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer hardware and peripherals.

Software Maintenance
Support the installation, configuration, and updating of operating systems and standard applications.

User Support (Level 1)
Provide first-level technical support to users, resolving common IT issues and requests.

Preventive Maintenance
Perform routine system checks to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability of IT equipment.

Asset Management
Maintain accurate records of IT equipment, including inventory tracking and device allocation.

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate in IT.
• Any other similar certificates in IT.
