The MCCI Business School is looking for a Marketing & Communication Specialist to strengthen its marketing department.
Strategic Planning and Implementation
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to promote the school’s programs and courses.
Content Creation and Management
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content for the business school's website, social media platforms, and email newsletters.
- Work closely with the academic and admissions teams to produce content that highlights the school’s courses, faculty, success stories, and events.
Social Media Management
- Develop and manage the school’s presence across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok or any other social platform).
- Engage with prospective students, alumni, and other stakeholders through regular posts, stories, and updates.
Website Management and Optimization
- Oversee the updates of the business school’s website, ensuring that all information is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly.
- Analyze website performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
Lead Generation and Conversion
- Implement and manage lead generation strategies to attract prospective students.
- Collaborate with the academic team to ensure a seamless handover of leads and track the conversion process.
Brand Management
- Ensure that all marketing efforts are consistent with the MCCI Business School’s brand identity and messaging.
- Manage reputation by monitoring reviews, testimonials, and mentions of the MCCI Business School across digital platforms.
Events
- Develop and implement events such as open days, webinars, guest lectures and ensure brand visibility through educational exhibitions.
