📍 Location: Heritage Awali Golf & Spa Resort We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our Finance Team. The selected candidate will support the finance operations by ensuring accurate financial processing and compliance with company policies.
Process and record financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports and reconciliations.
Handle accounts payable and receivable functions.
Verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.
Perform bank and supplier reconciliations.
Maintain proper financial records and documentation.
Assist in payroll preparation and other finance-related administrative tasks.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good communication and organisational skills.
