Coordinate and track all sales activities across corporate, retail, and international segments.

 

 

1)      Sales Support & Coordination

  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads, quotations, and client communications.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and client feedback.

2)      Partnership Management

  • Maintain and grow our existing network of affinity and strategic partners.
  • Coordinate partnership onboarding, performance tracking, and engagement initiatives.
  • Identify and propose new partnership opportunities in line with company strategy.

3)      Lead Management

  • Manage incoming leads and allocate them to the appropriate team members.
  • Monitor conversion rates and support team members in optimizing client engagement.

4)      Sales Enablement

  • Assist in the development of sales tools, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns to support sales objectives.

5)      Client Engagement

  • Coordinate client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain a client-centric approach and ensure high-quality service throughout the sales process.

6)      To perform any other cognitive duties that may be assigned as and when the need arises.
