Manage the Company’s social media accounts across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, and other relevant channels.
Plan and execute a structured social media content calendar.
Publish content on a regular basis to maintain consistent brand presence.
Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages where appropriate.
Develop high-quality content including:
social media posts
educational trading content
market updates
promotional graphics
short-form videos or reels
Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing campaigns and announcements.
Ensure all content aligns with the Company’s brand guidelines.
Ensure that all marketing communications comply with the requirements applicable to regulated financial services businesses.
Avoid misleading or promotional statements that could imply guaranteed profits or investment advice.
Work with the compliance team where required to review marketing materials.
Assist with broader marketing initiatives including:

Track and analyse social media performance metrics including:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (minimum requirement).
